If you mean a book to learn the language, a grammar book: as a NT2 teacher I really like working with De Opmaat and Nederlands in Gang, though both are written in Dutch so you do need to have some understanding of the language. There are a handful of English Dutch Grammar books, but they are usually just walls of texts and frankly kinda suck.
